Description
The Levels of Development (Hierarchy of Social Development) is a proactive approach of teaching four (4) concepts. It serves as an excellent reminder to reflect on the level of behavior (A or B) or level of motivation (C or D). It is a wonderful visual to understand the difference between internal and external motivation. It assists in changing mindsets and assists in promoting responsible behavior, effort in learning, and self-discipline.
The Children of Rainbow School has visuals and illustrates the two levels of unacceptable behaviors and the two levels of motivation.
