Marv has been sharing about the benefits of a noncoercive approach to relationships for the 20 years I’ve known him. This book spells it out once and for all. Simply put, coercion in a relationship, even in its most passive states, can have a profound effect on one’s levels of stress and overall health. Honestly, who needs that, especially when it can be managed effectively? LIVE WITHOUT STRESS is a good read and a great tool, alright, but it’s most potent when read AND applied!
