I had been searching for new tools to reduce the stress in my daily life. Dr. Marshall presents some perception behaviors that are simple to absorb and put into practice. So far, I believe that I have benefited positively from some of the practices he recommends and will integrate more of them in the future. I feel that many people will be changed positively by Dr. Marshall’s Live Without Stress— in helping fight the war on stress.
